Offered few appointments, poor care

I had 4 appointments here in 2 years. The care was very poor so I have gone elsewhere and all of the missed appointments have been picked up by my new service provider.

I haven’t been to a dentist in years, but needed to go a few months back. Smile Concepts were so supportive, so kind and really helped my anxiety. I will be going back (and I never thought I’d say that!)
