Things have been bad here for a long time but

Reception staff asking me my problems - which are very sensitive is not what anyone wants. I dont want to talk to a receptionist about these things in front of people.

It takes a ridiculous amount of calls to get through in the morning once through never any appointments left, if your lucky to get an appointment everything is a viral infection including asthma and chest infections to the.point where after 5 visits to be told viral you end up in hospital with pneumonia
