Waiting to see the doctor and medication

Trying to get through is a nightmare, it even puts me off contacting them for medical needs. It is hard to access face to face.

It can be very frustrating to be told that there is no appointment left after waiting on the phone for more than an hour.

I have been with this surgery since 1976 and I have had no problems until the last couple of years. Having face to face appointment seems not to happened and the waiting time on the phone has gone worse. It looks and feels like a business to me .

No support

My husband has dementia and am his carer, the GP has never bothered to come and visit or called to ask how he is doing. Thankfully I have the council and the care service who supports us a lot.

This practice is convenient for me as its a walking distance from my home. The staff are great but the only thing is getting through on the phone can be a pain.

After covid the surgery was really not doing much for me until about 6 months ago when I was really poorly. I managed to get a referral and am doing well now.
