Much less stressful than visits elsewhere

Visits here are much less stressful than visits to other UHB hospitals and parking is much easier. The staff are lovely and although I have had a bit of a wait for appointments it has never been too bad.

Attend regularly and always leave satisfied

I have to attend Solihull Hospital every three months for an infusion. The staff are very good, and my appointments always go well. Attending Solihull Hospital is much more convenient for me than going to other UHB hospitals, the hospital is also a nice environment, it does not feel too busy and its easy to find my way around. Overall I am very happy with the care I am receiving from Solihull Hospital.

Excellent breast cancer treatment

I received breast cancer treatment at Solihull Hospital. My experience was outstanding. The staff were wonderful I could not fault them at all. My treatment went very well and I am now cancer free.

Long wait times but lovely staff

The staff here are lovely but the wait times can be quite long especially for appointments with a consultant.

Very long wait times

I was recently waiting for over an hour to be seen for a glucose test leaving me feeling very uncomfortable as I was not able to eat during this time, only drink water. I then had to wait at the hospital for an additional two hours.

Very good cataracts treatment

I had my cataracts removed at Solihull hospital. Appointments leading up to the procedure and after care was very good, and I was very satisfied with the care I received.

Long waiting times

I have to travel a long way to attend appointments here and there are long wait times. I have requested to have my appointments at Heartlands going forwards.
